Made-to-Order Products
All Hot In The 80s made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for customers who simply change their mind.
Please review all product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
You will generally not be required to return a damaged or defective item.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Hot In The 80s cannot be responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Made-to-order items may enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
