1. How do the shirts fit?

Our shirts are unisex and run true to size with a classic relaxed fit, not boxy, not slim. If you’re between sizes prefer a more fitted look, size down. size chart is on product page.

2. What shirt blanks are used?

We print on the AS Colour 5001 Staple Tee, a 180 GSM medium-heavy cotton blank similar to a 1980s level t-shirt. It’s known for its clean construction, substantial feel, and how well it holds a print over time. This is not a cheap promotional shirt, it’s a quality garment built to last.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If you have specific shipping questions about your region please contact us.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed on demand and typically take 2–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. US orders generally arrive within 5–12 business days total. International orders may take longer depending on destination.

5. Are your products limited edition?

Some designs are released in limited runs and may not return once sold out. Core designs like the Original Tee remain available until we decide the marque is being updated, there are no guarantees of continued production. Get them while they’re hot.

6. Can I exchange for a different size or get a refund?

Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds for sizing issues. If there is a defect or printing error on your item, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.

7. How should I wash my shirt?

Turn inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. This preserves both the garment and the print for the long haul.

8. Will sold-out items return?

Core items are restocked regularly. Limited edition designs may not return. Sign up for the mailing list to get notified when items come back in stock.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge. Defective or incorrect orders are always made right.

10. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping begins.

11. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your payment details.
